How to leave a review
Already purchased a plan or service from Home Plan DIY? Here is the quickest way to leave a review, shown step by step in the short video below.
- Log in to your Home Plan DIY account and open the product page for the plan or service you purchased.
- Scroll to the "Customer feedback" section on that page.
- Click the review link and rate your experience, then add a short comment about the plan or service.
- Submit your review. Verified purchases are marked automatically.
Only customers who purchased the plan or service can submit a review. If you are not logged in, log in first with the email used at checkout.
