Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Home Plan DIY. Everything we sell is a digital product, so there are no boxes, no carriers, and no waiting by the door. Here is how delivery works.

Digital delivery only

All products on homeplandiy.com are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical items, so no shipping fees are ever charged and no shipping address is required for plan purchases.

How delivery works

• As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download links appear on the order confirmation page.
• The same links are also sent to the email address you used at checkout.
• Files are delivered in the formats listed on the product page, as print-ready PDF, with editable CAD files included where noted.

Delivery time

• Instant access. Your plan files are available for download immediately after your purchase is confirmed.
• Email delivery. In rare cases the email can take 15 to 30 minutes to arrive. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us if it still has not appeared.

Modification and custom orders

Plan modifications and custom work are prepared by a designer, so they are not instant. Your updated files are delivered by email within 7 to 10 days after payment and confirmation of your requested changes. You will review drafts and approve the final design before delivery.

Problems with your download?

If a link is not working, a file will not open, or the email never arrived, we will sort it out quickly. Email plan@homeplandiy.com with:

• Your order number
• The email address you used at checkout

Refunds

Because our products are digital files, orders are not refundable once the files have been delivered. Please review all plan details carefully before purchasing, and feel free to ask us anything before you buy. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
