This collection holds the newest additions to our catalog, so it is the fastest way to see what we have most recently drawn and released. It spans cabins, cottages, farmhouses, and barndominium styles across a wide range of sizes, and it updates as we add new designs.
Because this collection reflects recency rather than a single style or size, expect more variety here than in our other collections. Every plan still includes a full PDF drawing set plus a material list, the same standard deliverable as the rest of our catalog.
Most builds across this collection run between $130 and $220 per heated square foot, so your total construction cost depends on the specific plan's size and your local labor and finish costs.
Are these plans ready for permits?
Our plans include the detail a professional builder needs. Local building departments sometimes require extra documents such as a site plan, energy forms, or an engineer's stamp. Check with your local office before you start.
What files do I get?
