What should I send after ordering?
Send a sketch or rough floor plan, bedroom and bath count, foundation type, framing, roof style, ceiling heights, and any inspiration photos. Simple notes are fine.
When will a designer contact me?
A designer will email you from plan@homeplandiy.com within one business day after your order is placed.
How long does it take?
Most custom plans take about 1 to 2 weeks for the first draft after we have your project details.
How many revisions are included?
Four full revision rounds are included, so you can clarify the layout and important design details before final delivery.
Are the plans engineer stamped?
No. These plans are not engineer stamped. Please verify local building code, permit, and engineering requirements with your city, county, builder, or engineer.
