At Home Plan DIY, we strive to provide high-quality digital house plans and a smooth shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return policy below.

1. Digital Product Policy

All of our products are delivered digitally and considered non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded or delivered via email.

2. All Sales Are Final

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final. We encourage customers to carefully review the plan details, dimensions, and included documents before purchasing.

3. Accidental Purchases

If you made a purchase by mistake and have not downloaded the files, please contact us immediately at plan@homeplandiy.com. We will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.

4. Duplicate Orders

In the event of a duplicate order or payment, we will gladly issue a refund for the duplicate purchase. Please contact us with your order details as soon as pos

5. Issues with Your Files

If you are having trouble accessing or downloading your files, or if you received the wrong file:

✔ Include your order number and a description of the issue
We will work quickly to correct the problem and ensure you receive the correct files.

6. Modified or Custom Plans

All customized or modified plans are also non-refundable, as they are made-to-order based on your specifications.
