1. Digital Delivery Only

All our house plans are provided as digital files. We do not ship physical products.

2. Instant Access

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an instant download link on the order confirmation page.

You will also receive a copy of the download link via email to the address you provided at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

✔ Your digital files will be available for download immediately after purchase.

✔ In rare cases, email delivery may take up to 15–30 minutes. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.

4. Download Instructions

✔ Download your files directly from the link provided.

✔ Save your files securely on your device.

✔ Files are typically in PDF / CAD format, suitable for printing or digital use.

5. Custom Modifications

If you order custom modifications, your updated plans will be delivered within 5–7 business days after we confirm your requested changes and receive payment.

6. Problems with Delivery

If you do not receive your download link or have trouble accessing your files:

✔ Check your spam/junk folders first.

✔ Contact us at plan@homeplandiy.com with your order number and email address.

✔ We will resend your files promptly.

7. No Shipping Fees

Since all products are digital, there are no shipping or handling charges.
