Thank you for shopping with Home Plan DIY. Almost everything we sell is a digital product, so most orders involve no boxes, no carriers, and no waiting by the door. The one exception is our optional 5 Printed Sets add-on, which is a physical product shipped to you. Here is how delivery works for each.

Digital delivery (plans, add-ons, and licenses)

All plan files, build licenses, and digital add-ons (material lists, mirrored plans, cost-to-build reports) are delivered digitally. No shipping fees are ever charged and no shipping address is required for these items.

5 Printed Sets add-on (physical, shipped)

If you add the 5 Printed Sets option to your order, that part of your purchase is a physical product: five full-size 24 x 36 inch construction sets, printed to order, folded, boxed, and shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, and the shipping fee applies only to the printed-sets portion of your order.
• Sets are printed to order and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
• Your digital PDF (and CAD files, if included) still download instantly, the moment you pay, regardless of print or shipping timing.
• If your payment method does not pass a shipping address to us automatically, or you are unsure we have the right one, email plan@homeplandiy.com with your order number and full shipping address before we print.

How digital delivery works

• As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download links appear on the order confirmation page.
• The same links are also sent to the email address you used at checkout.
• Files are delivered in the formats listed on the product page, as print-ready PDF, with editable CAD files included where noted.

Delivery time

• Instant access. Your plan files are available for download immediately after your purchase is confirmed.
• Email delivery. In rare cases the email can take 15 to 30 minutes to arrive. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us if it still has not appeared.
• Printed sets. Dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of your order and confirmed shipping address; delivery time after that depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Modification and custom orders

Plan modifications and custom work are prepared by a designer, so they are not instant. Your updated files are delivered by email within 7 to 10 days after payment and confirmation of your requested changes. You will review drafts and approve the final design before delivery. If you are also ordering printed sets on a modified plan, let us know and we will hold printing until the revised drawings are final so the paper matches.

Problems with your download or shipment?

If a link is not working, a file will not open, the email never arrived, or a printed-set shipment needs attention, we will sort it out quickly. Email plan@homeplandiy.com with:

• The email address you used at checkout

Refunds

Because our plan files are digital, orders are not refundable once the files have been delivered. Full details, including how this applies to the printed-sets add-on, are in our Return and Refund Policy.
