What is the layout like?

The heart of the home is a 17'6" x 20' open kitchen and living area with space for a full dining table and generous seating. Twin lobby entries connect the great room to both porches, which creates natural cross ventilation and a true indoor-outdoor feel. Down the private wing you'll find two bedrooms (15' x 9'9" and 11' x 9'9"), a full bathroom with tub, a half bathroom for guests, and a dedicated technical room for mechanical equipment, a detail most small plans skip.
