Expect gable and cross-gable rooflines, covered front porches, and one to three bedroom layouts across a wide range of sizes.
Most cottage plans in this collection run from around 400 to 2,000 square feet, with both single-story and 1.5 story loft designs available. Several plans in this collection are also well suited to narrow lots or short-term rental use, so check the individual plan details if either of those matters for your project.
Every plan includes a full PDF drawing set plus a material list, so you can price the build with a local contractor before you buy.
